- No referral is needed. You can book directly via our online booking form, by calling the clinic, or by emailing us. We see self-referred patients as well as those referred by their GP or other specialists.
- During your initial consultation your dermatologist will assess your skin in-depth and explain which treatments are medically appropriate, what the evidence says about their efficacy, and what realistic outcomes look like for your specific case. We never recommend treatments we don't believe will benefit you.
- Downtime varies by treatment. HydraFacial and IPL have no downtime. Fraxel® Dual involves 3–5 days of redness, swelling and bronzing. Chemical peels can involve 3–7 days of peeling. We provide detailed pre- and post-care guides for every treatment we offer.
- Absolutely. Dr. Priya Nair specialises in dermatology for skin of colour and is one of a small number of UK dermatologists with dedicated fellowship training in Fitzpatrick skin types IV–VI. We use technologies specifically validated for melanin-rich skin and have adjusted protocols to minimise risk of post-inflammatory hyperpigmentation.
- Yes. We partner with Payl8r to offer 0% interest finance for 6 months on treatment courses valued at £500 or more. Longer-term plans (12–24 months) are also available at competitive APRs. Full details are provided at your consultation.
- This varies significantly by condition and individual skin biology. As a general guide: most laser resurfacing protocols involve 3–5 sessions; IPL for rosacea typically requires 4–6; single-session treatments include Ultherapy® HIFU and some chemical peels. Your personalised treatment plan will specify the recommended number of sessions with the reasoning behind each recommendation.
- Our flagship clinic is at 14 Harley Street, London W1G 9PF — a short walk from Regent's Park and Oxford Circus underground stations. We also have a satellite clinic in Edinburgh at 22 Randolph Crescent, EH3 7TH, open on selected Fridays. Free parking is available at the Edinburgh location.
- We require 48 hours' notice to cancel or rearrange a treatment appointment, and 24 hours' notice for consultations. Late cancellations or no-shows may incur a £50 administration fee. We understand that emergencies happen — if you need to cancel at short notice for a genuine medical reason, please call us and we will do our best to accommodate you.
